The Sixers couldn't wait to get rid of Allen Iverson. Now they are bringing him back. I guess they now admit the team is terrible and only care about putting more people in the seats. They are unwatchable to me. I guess Iverson and his 3 ring circus career is what Philly needs.

I am not sure if the Sixers need or even want him, but one thing is for sure, he retired because no one else wanted him either.

I'm glad A.I. is back. When dad and I were at an event many years ago we met A.I. and he gave us the time of day even though we were in the elevator going down to the banquet room. A.I. did sent Irv some signed autographs and took a picture with him too.

A.I. is an entertaining player. Glad he is back.

What the Sixers need is to hit rock bottom and come away from the NBA draft with a franchise young player who will be around for years, like a Bryant, James, Wade or other young star. What Iverson does is make a terrible team, mediocre and just makes the Sixers a middle of the pack team that never gets to improve itself. When Iverson was disgarded, it was done to build for the future. I guess the owners have given up on rebuilding and decided to settle for putting people in the seats. The glory days of Wilt, Moses, Cunningham, Dr. J and all are long since past. Now we have to settle for crap. Not me, I don't even watch them anymore.

Iverson is not and never has been a team player. He is an outstanding individual player, but individuals do not win championships, teams do.

I think the Iverson experiment is over. I don't think he's coming back. Something wrong with his daughter.
