The budgeted monies for snow removal in PA, NJ and DE have all be expended. No money left in places that are painted with red ink. They pulled the snowplows off the major highways, probably to save money. What is going to happen when we are faced with a real emergency?

It looks like we are going to get a lot more snow on Thursday. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Where will we get the money to remove it? I hope that starts falling from the sky too.
